Fixed Hostname Resolution for Port Links — port links now correctly use the actual request hostname (e.g., my-nas) instead of defaulting to localhost.
This issue appeared after moving host processing to a background thread (ThreadPoolExecutor), which caused the Flask request context to be lost.
